Our German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP), Hunter, is a hurricane of activity when we take him out for his two, one hour (minimum) walks a day.
Two GSP’s are double the fun and intensity and sibling revelry was the name of the game when Hunter met up with his sister Lucy. We are so glad to have contact with the owners of one of Hunter’s littermates. The planets aligned yesterday and the dogs raced, played, sniffed and bounded through the meadow and forest at a ravine park here in Toronto. It’s such fun to see the joy and exuberance our pups display on meeting one of their “kin”.
Lucy is fast and strong and sleek!
Hunter’s broad chest and head are features of his male physique at 16 months.
Goofy, fun pals.
The social greeting ritual of dogs is a bit different than the human handshake. A chocolate lab is invited to join in the frolic.
It could get snarly . . . but it never goes too far.
Lucy takes a brief break.
Slightly smaller and lighter, Lucy is every bit as powerful and fast as her brother.
Sit still and pose for a quiet moment of dog photography? No problem . . . anything you ask. 😉
